ANT FEST Seeks Edgy, Fresh Stage Performers

Ars Nova is now accepting submissions for their second annual ANT FEST, a five-week festival of craziness from October 19th to November 21st showcasing fresh material from New York’s most exciting emerging artists.

ANT FEST seeks talented performers from all entertainment disciplines looking for the chance to show off their skills. They prefer edgy, offbeat, charged performances that tell a story, make people laugh, have a vibrant new sound, or blur the boundaries between theater, music and comedy. In short, if it can be performed live on stage, they’re interested.

The best 30 submissions will be given a night to perform in Ars Nova’s intimate, 99-seat theater during ANT FEST. Applications must be postmarked no later than June 8th. Artists chosen for the festival will be notified by September 8th.
