'Wicked' Welcomes New Cast Members in August

Michelle Federer will return to the cast of the Broadway musical Wicked as Nessarose, the role she originally created (Federer made her Broadway debut in Wicked). Federer will again play the wheelchair-bound sister of Elphaba beginning Aug. 18; she succeeds Cristy Candler.

In addition, Erin Mackey will take over the role of Glinda beginning Aug. 11. Mackey will succeed Alli Mauzey; the role was originally created by Tony winner Kristin Chenoweth.

Will it ever be possible for people to stop using the term "wheel-chair bound?" How many critiques of this terminology will it take before writers/critics/whoever stop feeling the need to use this.
How about wheel-chair user.......
I'm sure you can come up with something less offensive and problematic.
