"Where are my Resume Alerts, Application Submissions, and other BackStage.com emails?"

Castingyoucantrust_small_clapboar_4 Talent-Database Resume Alert Emails are an exclusive self-serve feature of the Find Talent/Casting Center Employer Toolbox section of BackStage.com. You can create as many alerts as you’d like, to automatically search through the BackStage.com Talent Database for exactly the actors, performers, and crew you need. You can renew the alerts, extend the alerts, edit the alerts, delete the alerts, etc.

If at anytime you stop receiving the Alerts that you’ve created, then please log into the site and make sure that your Résumé Inbox (Application Submissions Manager Inbox) is not filed up, that none of your Resume Alert Email Agents need to be renewed, and that your search-criteria is correct and optimized.

Also, make sure to check your "spam," "bulk," and "junk" email folders in case Back Stage's emails are accidentally being caught by your email program's spam filter! More details are below . . .

Key elements of Back Stage casting/job notices -- A guide to Back Stage's breakdowns

Castingyoucantrust_jobsclapboard Back Stage casting and job notices provide all possible critical information about each project in a clear, concise, and highly readable article-style format so that ours readers can make informed decisions.

Specifically:

1) The first paragraph lists the project details, including who's casting, the name of the production, the personnel involved, and the approximate rehearsal and performance/shooting dates (if known).

2) The middle paragraph(s) contain the character/job breakdown, including exactly what type of performers and/or staff the production is seeking. Available roles are in bold.

3) The final paragraph begins with the audition/submission info (dates, times, and location are in italics), followed by what performers must prepare/bring and any additional contact info (phone, email, website), and ends with the pay/contract details.
