Seeking Scribes

The Scriptapalooza Screenwriting Competition is accepting submissions. Scripts will be read only by production companies not blacklisted by the WGA, including Big Light, Robert Evans Co., and Benderspink. The winner receives a $10,000 prize; Scriptapalooza staff will promote all finalists and semifinalists to industry professionals for a year after winners are announced. All genres welcome. Scripts must be 80-140 pages. Submission deadlines are March 5 and April 15, 2008; entry fees $45-$50. www.scriptapalooza.com.
