Show Tunes Study

The American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers Foundation/Disney Musical Theatre Workshop is seeking new musicals. Oscar-winning composer Stephen Schwartz (Wicked) will serve as artistic director for the free annual workshop, to be held March 18-April 1 in New York City. Participants will present a 50-minute selection of their musical for professional critique. Writers should submit a brief synopsis, CD of four songs with lyric sheets, a short description of each song's plot placement, and biographical information.
