In Memory of Paul

In memory of Paul Newman, who died last Friday of cancer at age 83, some of the late Oscar winner and philanthropist's friends will  stage a special benefit reading of The World of Nick Adams on Monday, Oct. 27, at the Davies Symphony Hall in San Francisco.

Julia Roberts, Jack Nicholson, Tom Hanks, Warren Beatty and others are scheduled to appear. Proceeds will go to The Painted Turtle, Newman's California camp for seriously ill children.
