Below are a few highlights from this week's East Coast notices, compiled by East Coast Assistant Casting Editor (ACE) Sri Gordon:

• Norwegian Cruise Line is casting two new contemporary shows, Soul Rockin' Night and On Broadway!, for the Norwegian Sky, as well as Smokey Joe's Café for the Norwegian Jade.

• Megan Larche Casting is casting an upcoming Universal Pictures feature film.

• HollyHood Productions, Inc. is casting Trouble Child, an HD experimental short film about a girl who falls in love with a regular guy who turns out to be a pimp.

• Irving Street Rep is casting the live performance of McDonald's Presents The Faces of Black History.

• Mandy Menaker (prod.) is casting Monsters Down the Hall, a NYU senior thesis film shot on the red camera about a young boy forced to deal with his mother's drug problem.

• Dark Soup Films LLC is casting Depravity, a Super 16mm 10 min. short dark comedic film set in a New York cafe in which a very twisted scenario involving two English siblings and the sister's American husband plays out with extreme and comedic consequences.

• Adam Harlan (dir.) is casting My Williamsburg Neighbors Downstairs, about people in their late twenties trying to make sense of the world in an incredibly tight quarters and the problems that arise because of it.

• Boomers LLC (prod.) is seeking talent for Boomers, the Musical, an "on its feet" large-scale cinematic musical undergoing a rewrite.

• Pianos Supper Club Cabaret at Pianos Bar & Grill (Bloomfield, NJ) is seeking singers to perform in an open forum in its supper club.

• Pianos Bar & Grill (Bloomfield, NJ) is seeking piano players for its Dueling Pianos Show.

• Garage Theatre Group is seeking "the most talented kids in New Jersey" for the NJ Showstoppers Contest.

• The Village Playwrights is casting its group show, including: Last Call, in which three gay men jockey to pick someone up; Jumbo Shrimp, about an extras coach acting to an in-the-closet movie idol; and Twenty-Five, in which straight siblings learn that their brother is gay at a surprise birthday party.

• Wings Theatre is casting Alley of Masks, about a gang of teenage boys who ran the Grand Dukes theatre in the Five Points slum in 1877.

• GunButter Pictures is seeking crew for a short DV commercial parody about a tooth whitening product that just isn't quite right.

• Quiet Library Productions is casting The Wurbble Show, a new internet reality dating show.

• Andrea Ferran (dir.) is casting a Columbia University graduate thesis production of The Woman.

• Forgotten Sundays (prod.) is casting an untitled experimental short film.

• Montgomery Theater is casting Over the Tavern.
