Anthony Mackie Joins 'The Adjustment Bureau'

Anthony Mackie has joined the cast of The Adjustment Bureau, a sci-fi thriller adapted from Philip K. Dick's short story.

Matt Damon and Emily Blunt star in the film about a smooth-talking congressman whose political future is thrown in doubt by the arrival of a mysterious ballerina in his life.

Mackie (The Hurt Locker, Notorious) is currently starring in Shakespeare in the Park's production of The Bacchae in Central Park in NYC through Aug. 30. The Adjustment Bureau will shoot in New York immediately following the wrap of the play.
