"Footloose" Auditions: Paramount Pictures is casting the feature film remake of Footloose, starring Julianne Hough. The film is set in the South in present day. Craig Brewer, writer-dir. Untitled Paramount Feature Film Casting Call: Paramount Pictures is casting a new untitled feature film. Shoot dates and location TBA. Seeking—Josh: male, 13-14, cute, but could be on the scrawny side, definitely not the school jock, lovable, empathetic, smart, interesting, must have a great sense of humor, should have a Midwestern feel, LEAD; Collin: male, 13-14, slightly (or more than slightly) overweight, confident, driven, optimistic, a natural leader, must have a great sense of humor, should have a Midwestern feel, LEAD; Natalie: female, 13-14, a natural beauty, stunning, but not the "cheerleader" type, strong and confident, but has an underlying sadness, should have a Midwestern feel, LEAD.
