'Silverman' Dropped from Comedy Central

98793815 Sarah Silverman’s run on Comedy Central has come to an end. The network announced Wednesday that it will not renew “The Sarah Silverman Program” for a fourth season, confirming a report released earlier by The Hollywood Reporter. According to the New York Times, the show barely received a third season, citing high budget costs as the reason. The gay-themed Logo network agreed to pick up the extra production costs but apparently will not do so this season.
