Settlement Filed in SAG-Osmond Suit

The foreign levies-related class-action lawsuit brought against the Screen Actors Guild by actor Ken Osmond is one step closer to being resolved. On Monday, Osmond's lawyers filed a motion for preliminary approval of the agreement. SAG contends that it has already distributed $8.47 million of the $16.37 million in levies the guild has collected.
