Disney XD Adds Live-Action Comedy

Boy-focused cable channel Disney XD has ordered “Pack of Wolves,” a live-action comedy from writer Jason Ward. Executive produced by Ward and Jay Kogen, the show will follow a trio of siblings who learn the ways of a rogue spy upon his arrival at their home. The pickup continues a trend of sitcom veterans developing shows for the channel, as Disney XD has recently ordered pilots from Jim O’ Doherty from “Grounded for Life” as well as Mark Brazill, Chris Peterson, and Bryan Moore of “That ’70s Show.” Disney XD just reported its most-watched November, with double-digit year-to-year increases.
