Independent Film Week Needs Volunteers

IfpLogoBlue Independent Film Week, the three-decade- old film forum that serves as a platform for emerging artists, is seeking volunteers. The Lincoln Center event will include panels, workshops, and seminars, and is set to run from September 18-22.

Volunteers will be able to network within the industry by working behind the scenes with independent filmmakers. Besides experience, those who help out may be eligible to receive benefits, ranging from a one-year IFP membership to a subscription to Filmmaker Magazine. All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age, and must complete 30 hours of volunteer service to receive the previously mentioned benefits.
