Oh, geeeee! How wonderful! Lowering the cost of Film Permits? That will have about as much impact as having "Craft Services" buy Shasta Sodas instead of Coke. Keeping Tax Incentives? Uh, this is about TEN YEARS too late. Does he have any idea what the words "Runaway Productions" mean? Or how much work is going OUT of the state? On the local level, how about getting rid of the Studio Zone and/or getting the Cops & CHP to lower their ITC rate(s)?
