Sarah Palin’s eldest daughter will appear as herself in “The Secret Life of the American Teenager,” an ABC drama about teen mothers. 19 year old Bristol Palin made headlines when she gave birth while still in high school during her mother’s 2008 bid for vice-president. Bristol is slated to play a friend of the central character and told The Hollywood Reporter that she is “thrilled to be on this show and to be a part of a program that educates teens and young adults about the consequences of teen pregnancy."
