GoyerWarner Bros. is in talks with screenwriter David Goyer to create a new Superman movie, tentatively titled “Man of Steel.” Goyer co-wrote the “Batman Begins” and helped develop the follow-up, “The Dark Knight,” both of which were box-office hits. Goyer also worked on the film versions of Marvel Comics’ “Blade” and “Ghostrider” and wrote a version of “X-Men Origins: Magneto,” a planned installment of the X-Men series. The film is expected to begin development before 2013, when Warner Bros. loses the copyright to the Superman franchise.
