A-Listers Eye Voice Over; Disney Inks with Amazon

•Watch out, all you cartoon voice actors! Over the last decade, big name celebrities have slowly but surely made their way into the voice-acting circuit. Soon they could be taking more than their usual screen time – like your future gigs. Read the story at The Atlantic.

•Amazon recently joined up with Disney to gain material for their online streaming service, Prime Instant. Amazon is now able to stream content from Disney's ABC broadcast network as well as its cable channels. Learn more at The LA Times.

•First there was “The Towering Inferno.” Then came “The Two Towers.” Now we have the film, “Tower Heist,” featuring stars such as Ben Stiller, Eddie Murphy, and Matthew Broderick. But the problem isn't the film's unoriginal title, rather the reprecussions of its studio's failed VOD plan. Check it out at The New Yorker.
